In my opinion, the Digital Detox project was a valuable opportunity for students to reflect on the role that technology plays in their daily lives and to become more aware of their digital habits.
I believe the project was especially interesting because it did not focus only on reducing screen time, but also on encouraging students to reconnect with real-life experiences and discover healthier routines.
Working with European students allowed participants to exchange different perspectives and realize that digital dependence is a common challenge among young people in many countries.
I also think the project helped students develop important personal skills such as self-control, responsibility, critical thinking, and empathy. Through the different activities, they learned that technology can be useful and positive when used in a balanced and conscious way.
Overall, the project encouraged students to reflect on how to achieve a healthier relationship with technology while giving greater importance to personal well-being and human connection.
